Repeated job listings

Hello, I've noticed there's a few companies that keep adding job listings, remove them after a day and then add them again the next day, over and over again. This makes me suspect they're either not currently hiring but want to hoard an applicant database for when they do eventually hire, or want to appear as if they are hiring with no real intention of doing so. As someone who has to filter through to avoid wasting my time on these listings, can you add some kind of filter that puts these kinds of listings into another category such as: 'Companies hiring frequently' or simply add a rule they have to keep the listing open for a week minimum. I don't have the same issue on other job sites like wellfound etc... so they must have some rule that prevents this tactic being used.
Some examples of companies doing this are: Metaschool, Binance, Windranger labs, coin gecko and Syndr.
I understand this helps to make the website look busy with more listings, but it makes the user experience far worse than other sites.
Please let me know if you have any update on this.
Many thanks, Nick Fenn

Thanks so much for this this feedback, Nick. Hmm. Trying to better understand this… Do you mean their jobs disappear from the site and then exact same jobs appear again after a day? Are you seeing this behavior in the feed or on their company profiles?
tbh, i haven't noticed anything like this, hence would love to get as much details as possible to understand where on the site this is happening.
I'll monitor Syndr's and Metaschool's company pages in the next few days, but would appreciate more details from you please!

Raman Sha Hi Raman, these are jobs seen under the marketing / community manager search categories.
Sometimes I’ll look on ones that have only been live an hour and they’re already closed, but mostly I don’t see them get deleted.
If you check back to these categories each day you’ll see the same postings by the same companies regularly.
Not totally sure how they’re doing it or if they’re doing anything wrong but as a user it’s difficult to use the site due to this.
