Hello, I've noticed there's a few companies that keep adding job listings, remove them after a day and then add them again the next day, over and over again. This makes me suspect they're either not currently hiring but want to hoard an applicant database for when they do eventually hire, or want to appear as if they are hiring with no real intention of doing so. As someone who has to filter through to avoid wasting my time on these listings, can you add some kind of filter that puts these kinds of listings into another category such as: 'Companies hiring frequently' or simply add a rule they have to keep the listing open for a week minimum. I don't have the same issue on other job sites like wellfound etc... so they must have some rule that prevents this tactic being used.
Some examples of companies doing this are: Metaschool, Binance, Windranger labs, coin gecko and Syndr.
I understand this helps to make the website look busy with more listings, but it makes the user experience far worse than other sites.
Please let me know if you have any update on this.
Many thanks, Nick Fenn
