It would be extremely helpful to have a geo-location filtering feature for job postings. This would allow employers to restrict applications based on the IP addresses of candidates, ensuring that only applicants from specific regions (e.g., Europe and the USA) can apply. Currently, I am receiving applications from regions that do not match my job requirements, which leads to wasted time and effort in screening candidates. This feature could streamline the hiring process for employers and improve the relevance of applications received.
