Companies like Syndr keep posting the same post over and over to appear like they're hiring. These makes your job board look busy and wastes people's time. Can you keep a record of job listings and not let people repeat the same posting ie: delete it and repost as a new job ad. Alternatively, put a label on it such as: 'renewed listing' so i can quickly scroll past it and not waste my time. Also, how about some X spaces aimed at people sharing info on what jobs they need to hire for and what jobs people are looking for. With Chat GPT becoming such a heavily relied upon tool, each job posting sounds super generic and the same with applicant's cover letters / answers on applications. I think in an X space, I'd have the opportunity to show a bit more of my personality as an applicant, and learn more about the team that's hiring + ask them questions. I'd be more than happy to host the X space myself.
